The following Anthropometric Reference Chart is offered with our Screen Solutions Sit/Stand desk as a reference guide to achieve your bespoke posture whether sitting or standing. We recommend a Sit/Stand posture change every 30 to 60 minutes, preprogramming ensures your desk achieves the correct height for you, “your best posture is the next posture”. Exercise breaks are also recommended to ensure the ‘circulation cycle’ is complete.

Percentiles (see table below) are values representing the % of people at or below a certain measurement. For instance, if the standing height of the 2.5 percentile male is 1625mm, then 97.5% of males are that height or more. Percentiles indicate how many people will be included and how many excluded. The average male & female are each the 50 percentile for their sex.

Note: all dimensions in millimetres - adjusted to Australian statistics & rounded to nearest 5mm the chart is intended as a guide only to facilitate good “90 deg” posture.
